Everyone Reading Illinois’ Junior Leadership Board
Everyone Reading Illinois’ Junior Leadership Board is comprised of young leaders who advocate for Dyslexia Awareness. If you are a young adult with dyslexia, consider joining this empowering board.
Everyone Reading Illinois’ Junior Leadership Board is a dynamic group of teens and young adults dedicated to raising awareness about dyslexia within their communities.
These young change-makers support the core mission of Everyone Reading Illinois—to enhance the lives of children and adults with dyslexia and related learning disabilities through advocating for high-quality professional development for educators, boosting public awareness, and providing robust support for families.
As Junior Leadership Board members, these young leaders work collaboratively with the Everyone Reading Illinois Board of Directors and Auxiliary Board to develop and implement awareness initiatives, engage in volunteer activities, and make meaningful contributions to the strategic goals of the organization.
The structure of the Junior Leadership Board includes both a leadership team and general members, all working together to further the organization’s mission. This platform not only allows students and young adults with dyslexia to engage in significant leadership roles but also to influence the strategic direction of Everyone Reading Illinois. Their fresh perspectives and vibrant energy are instrumental in enriching the mission-focused programs of the organization and fostering the next generation of community leaders.
